This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on LogicviewCRM.com, a product of Logicview IT Solutions (OPC) Pvt Ltd ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1.1 Subscription Services: Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. However, cancellations will only take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
1.2 One-Time Purchases: Orders for one-time products or services cannot be canceled once payment is processed.
1.3 Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service without prior notice.
2.1 No Refunds for Subscription Services: Payments for subscription-based services are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed.
2.2 Refunds for Technical Issues: If a user experiences a major technical issue preventing them from using our services, they may request a refund. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
